Before the work begins
The important details are agreed clearly.
After-hours
Weekday appointments after 4:30pm, Sundays and public holidays add 25% and have a one-hour labour minimum. Offered only by agreement.
Saturday daytime uses standard pricing by appointment.
Payment
Cash and bank transfer are accepted initially. Payment is due on the same day as the service. Techease is not registered for GST, so prices do not contain a GST component.
Parts and licences
Parts, licences and third-party products are separate. Nothing is purchased without your approval.
